first contact is when one of our consultants will visit your business to ascertain your specific needs and requirements.
Our aim is to deliver a life-long service solution for your business.
Choosing the right support package can be a minefield. We offer 24-hour a day, seven-day a week phone-support, if that is what you need. But we also offer a wide range of other packages – it depends what you are looking for - just speak to your consultant and he’ll be happy to assist.
We aim to be with you within 48 hours of a call-out but if you’d like us sooner we’ll try and do that too.
What ever your consumable needs we can tailor to fit.
All our printers have a two-year warranty.
